They both knew that the other one had nothing. The first one that goes all in, in this type of situations wins simply because the other one doesn’t want to go in a coin flip. Phil Ivey couldn’t possible knew that he had the best hand but he knew the other guy wasn’t going to call an all in. IMO if Jackson went all in instead of raising(wrong move) he would have won this pot…
